I'm María Florencia Frigieri Parma, and I'm currently the Team Leader of Product at Adhoc. I'm an Industrial Engineer, and after many years in various industries, I decided to focus on improving business processes through technology. I've been with Adhoc for 3 years now, working with a great team to understand our user's needs and challenges, and design high-value solutions that follow industry best practices.

Beyond technical difficulties, version upgrades involve many changes to users' daily processes, which can be perceived as a headache. In this talk, we invite you to discuss how to keep users' businesses with the latest versions of Odoo in an agile manner.
