In this presentation, we will showcase the transformative potential of OCA addons in building advanced and specialized logistics / retail solutions with Odoo.

Through a case study of a company faced with scalability, stability and maintenance issues related to custom-developed modules, we will demonstrate the transformation potential offered by OCA's extensive ecosystem of add-on modules.

This analysis-driven approach focuses on identifying key business needs, systematically replacing custom code with OCA solutions, and ultimately aligning the Odoo implementation with a robust, community-supported foundation. By following this "Business needs => Orientation towards an OCA module" path, we will showcase how organizations can optimize their Odoo investment, minimize technical debt, and achieve a more sustainable and efficient solution.
