Thai Localization - Base Location
This module adds the language choices for import cities and/or city zip entries of Thailand.

Usage
Go to Contacts > Configuration > Localization > Import from Geonames, and click on it to open a wizard.
When you start the wizard, it will ask you to select a country.
If you select Thailand, you can choose a language of data imports.
