Installation

To install this module, you need to:

• Install helpdesk_mgmt_fieldservice

Configuration

There is no need to do anything to configure this module

Usage

• Go to Helpdesk
• Create or select a ticket
• In the "Service Requests" tab, you can create service requests for the FSM team

To close a ticket, all the related service orders must be closed.
