I was not aware of that, then I partially retract my statement about
the usefulness of PSCs. Why can't we have both? Core maintainers have
permissions on everything save for the projects whose PSCs requested
to be solely responsible? This could also be seen as a transition step
in order to gradually phase out the core maintainers.
