It was maybe premature, but do you agree that we need to shift this
"vital" role because in our current state, that team is close to being a
SPOF in the way we work. Empowering the Project teams is a core goal of
the OCA, and giving all the power to a small "elite" team is not the way
to achieve this in the long run.
