Passionné par les métiers de l'informatique, j'explore l'univers numérique et ses éco-systèmes de l'utilisation aux méthodes de gestion de projet en passant par le cycle de développement des projets.

Depuis la mise en place de l'Holacracy en 2016 chez Anybox, je suis très curieux du fonctionnement des organisations et les composantes permettant aux équipes de travailler de manière efficace dans un cadre de travail bienveillant et dans la bonne humeur.Passionné par les métiers de l'informatique, j'explore l'univers numérique et ses éco-systèmes de l'utilisation aux méthodes de gestion de projet en passant par le cycle de développement des projets.

Do you have a problem, are you wondering how to solve something complex, or do you want to help us with your new ideas? You're welcome to an open brainstorming session, related on the topic of integrators and vertical specializations.

We plan to follow the following steps:

* Participants present their problems and needs.

* Each participant can vote on pains/needs (to get 1 topic per 5 people).

* We add paper with trees on the wall, each problem has its own plant, the ground is where we place the problem.

* Each group writes ideas for solving the problem on the plant leaves.

* After 15 minutes, the groups move on to the next topic. Some people from the previous group can make the transition in 2 minutes.

* At the end, the groups collect the leaves from their initial plant and a member of each group summarizes the ideas generated.
