This module links Field Service, Agreements and Help Desk together by:
- setting the agreement fields when creating Field Service orders from a ticket.
Table of contents
Usage
- Go to Helpdesk
- Create or select a ticket
- Create an FSM Order
To close a ticket, all the related service orders must be closed.
