Pip install from a git branch

Hello,
Yesterday I setup a new environment with Odoo 10 and some modules from a Github branch. My requirements.txt looks like this:
When I run 'pip install -r requirements.txt', the package partner_aging is installed in develop mode (python setup.py develop) and remains in env/src, not in env/lib. When I start odoo, it cannot find the module partner_aging.
I need to go to env/src/... to run 'python setup.py install' and then Odoo can find my module and install it.
Is there anyway to solve this in one step (directly installing or odoo looking in env/src)?
