Yes, feel free to create a Pull request on https://github.com/oca/l10n-switzerland/tree/10.0

Note that to contribute you will have to sign the OCA contributor license agreement which allows the OCA to protect your work. (when you create your first pull request a bot will ask you for it)

I saw that a module for Odoo 8.0 existed, which basically created a merged PDF of the invoice and the BVR. Do you know if we can reach such a feature for Odoo 10 without the outdated module?
