9.0 CE: Tax Report

Hi all Is it possible to include a (the) generic/standard tax report which just lists the base amount and the tax amount per tax code, as long as nothing else is available? Am I correct that there should be such kind a report available in the community edition (maybe in the belgium localization), unfortunately I was not able to find it.
