Hello the swiss community !

As you know the swiss localization module is in french by default and not in english like any other odoo modules.

I think this is an issue for non-french speaker users.
If they connect to Odoo in english, they see the VAT list and the Chart of account in french.

I plan to do a PR to change the l10n_ch module source language to english.

Does anyone have any objections?
