Yes, the landed costs updates the quants but it is a manual process. I mean automation of this process might not be possible, especially if you want more than just quants update. As an example, it gets harder to make the adjustments if the product is sold before you get the vendor bill.

Some of our customers are also requesting this anyway :)

The landed costs module is doing just that so it is possible.

As the cost is kept on the quants, it will get uglier if the product is sold and transferred before the vendor bill is received (then you have outgoing stock accounting move to be corrected) .

Hello,

I have a scenario where the customer is using real price as a costing method. When he does the receiving, Odoo is taking the PO price as the cost (10$/unit).

Problem is that the vendor bill comes at 11$/unit. Even if using the landed cost module would be a solution to update the product cost, I was wondering if you know of a module that would update the product cost automatically when the vendor bill is validated.
