Hi,

I don't think it exists.

But for that purpose, you could use the Pywebdriver a project realized by Akretion and available here. (for V8, not tested on v9)

With that project you can communicate with :
- printer ;
- Customer display;
- Credit Card reader;

This project :
- avoid to have a full odoo installed (with postgres, and 1GO of code source);
- provides a light python-flask web service to test communication ;
- communicate with extra CUPS service;

Help for improvement are welcome if you're interested.

This project is under Akretion umbrella for the time being, but could be shared to OCA if many people are interested by such features.
