We solved on this way:

1.- Journal entries to the pos are **reverted** once the invoice is done (we achieve that with an extra development).
2.- Once the POS sesion is done we re-check such situation.
3.- Invoice as much as possible the tickts.

All is done with extra development (mostly server action).

All complying with mexican Law, we can sell the module and/or consultancy to put in place.

BTW: AFAICR in v12.0 the changes were minimal it is partially solved by default.
