I'm sorry, the hotel which hosts the meeting cannot extend the number of
people in the various rooms for security reasons. We cannot extend the
number of persons accepted, you will need to find someone who accepts to
give you his place...

I'm sorry about this, we are victims of our success and will look for a
larger venue for next year.
