I think there is no Mexican localization for CFDI 3.3 if you refer to that.
Odoo enterprise has it with enterprise licensing
If you want use cfdi 3.3 you will have to ask for private partners or independent programmer to give you that.
Actually, as I know, there is no community efforts in Mexico localization.
