Hello Eric,

Thanks for the tip.  If you are referring to PR #113, that is totally different from what I am talking about.

I don't want to reverse a BOM.  I am talking about a view of the BOM in reverse hierarchical order.

Here's an example from my google doc.

Given BOM structure for Assembly A:

  • Assembly A

    • Part3

    • Assembly B

      • Part2

      • Part3


Show Where-Used structure for Part3:

  • Part3

    • Assembly A

    • Assembly B

      • Assembly A

I am planning to develop a structured view of the bill of materials, but in reverse.  In other words, showing where-used type structure.  Has someone already done this?
