I never purchased the standard to get the structure/table of contents and put it in the module. Do you have it? Can you add it to the module?

I recently migrated the mgmtsystem_health_safety module to 13.0. The template it incorporates is not developed. I have also been informed and in 2021 we have to change from the 18001 to the 40,000 standard or something like that. I can't find the content these templates should have. Also I still do not understand how these templates are used. I would appreciate some guidance in this process. And that someone review the project in case I made a mistake.
