Yes Maxime, I understand the functionality of the module. My problem is that I can't find the content that I should put in the template. Right now it only has an TODO on document_page_health_safety_manual/data/document_page.xml

I recently migrated the mgmtsystem_health_safety module to 13.0. The template it incorporates is not developed. I have also been informed and in 2021 we have to change from the 18001 to the 40,000 standard or something like that. I can't find the content these templates should have. Also I still do not understand how these templates are used. I would appreciate some guidance in this process. And that someone review the project in case I made a mistake.
