Fernando,

The document_page_* modules provide categories with the template content. When a new page is created in a category, the content is copied over from the category to the new page so you get the structure from the standard and you just need to fill in the blanks...

I recently migrated the mgmtsystem_health_safety module to 13.0. The template it incorporates is not developed. I have also been informed and in 2021 we have to change from the 18001 to the 40,000 standard or something like that. I can't find the content these templates should have. Also I still do not understand how these templates are used. I would appreciate some guidance in this process. And that someone review the project in case I made a mistake.
