To whom it may concern,

We would like to seek for your immediate advise on below issue:

With or without ticking the “custom hours”, the start date and end date timing is inaccurate, it should be align with our working schedule. It caused confusion in calendar as it crossed over to another day.

(This is regular working hour)

This is 6-day work but 10.30am-6pm (7.5 hours per day), same as what I set in the work schedule. I managed to grant them 7.5 hours off-in-lieu, but comes to leave application,

It will auto changed to 8 hours, then it will pop up the error message as in insufficient hours. So we tick “custom hour” until it showed 7.5 hours, but the duration became less than 1 day (shown below).

Please advise how to fix this, we couldn’t get other solution.
