Luis,

Although I had originally intended the call for today, a few people were not available so I postponed to 6th.

However, I now have been called to a new project meeting on the 6th which is sufficiently significant to prioritise therefore I now can't make the proposed time and date.

I will suggest a new date next week.

To join the conference, call the dial-in number and enter the 4 digit room number below.

When you dial in, you will be asked to say your name followed by the # key (also referred to as the Pound key), you will then be connected to the conference call. Your name will be played to the conference when you join and leave to enable participants to know who is on the call. If your conference leader has not yet joined, you will be held in a queue until the leader connects.

Your conference leader may lock the room once everyone has joined for security reasons. If this is the case, you may not be able to re-join should you disconnect from the room unless the room is unlocked first. There is no limit to the number of participants in a conference.

Here are some conference call etiquette tips to help your call go as smoothly as possible:

1. Mute your phone when you are not talking

2. Background noise should be avoided if possible, and if not, see point 1 above

3. Poor mobile signal can make conferences difficult. Try to use a fixed line or ensure you have good coverage

4. New users should dial in beforehand to ensure that they are familiar with the service

5. Screen sharing or video applications should be tested before the call starts
