Hello all, 

Given my daily commitments I won’t be able to attend but here are my recommendations in order to be able to audit the outcome: 

- Define and classify the data related to the object rights according to GDPR (non technical description). Derived from process assessment. Most of the hard work is here, 
- Define the measures related to the data and how you think you’ll mitigate the risk using these measures (non technical description)
- Measure execution description (I guess coding) —>> not really important for me to conduct the audit 
- Short description how to simulate the situation so I can do it myself and collect  my findings and conclusion 

So I need a table where I can see, what is the  measure, what have  you done to mitigate it, and show me that you can simulate the situation again (short description)

Once I got this info, I’ll be able to begin working on it.

To join the conference, call the dial-in number and enter the 4 digit room number below.

  • Call time & date: 12:00 BST (13:00 CET) Friday 6th April 2018 for 1 hour

When you dial in, you will be asked to say your name followed by the # key (also referred to as the Pound key), you will then be connected to the conference call. Your name will be played to the conference when you join and leave to enable participants to know who is on the call. If your conference leader has not yet joined, you will be held in a queue until the leader connects.

Your conference leader may lock the room once everyone has joined for security reasons. If this is the case, you may not be able to re-join should you disconnect from the room unless the room is unlocked first. There is no limit to the number of participants in a conference.

Here are some conference call etiquette tips to help your call go as smoothly as possible:

1. Mute your phone when you are not talking

2. Background noise should be avoided if possible, and if not, see point 1 above

3. Poor mobile signal can make conferences difficult. Try to use a fixed line or ensure you have good coverage

4. New users should dial in beforehand to ensure that they are familiar with the service

5. Screen sharing or video applications should be tested before the call starts
