Very strange ! They should use ISO 20022 PAIN XML files (sometimes called SEPA files, but used for "non-SEPA" credit transfer) today ; CFONB 320 was used before ISO20022 PAIN XML. The module "account_banking_sepa_credit_transfer" supports this ; the name of the module is kind-of misleading on that point ; it should be called account_banking_iso20022_credit_transfer.

You should first check with the bank if they support ISO 20022 PAIN XML files for non-SEPA transfers, that would avoid the development of a new module.
