Deliver only when invoice is paid

Hello,
I would like to know if sale_automatic_workflow allows me to block a delivery order until the invoice is paid based on the payment term:
- immediate payment (new customers): delivery is blocked by the payment
- 30 Net days (trusted customers): delivery is not blocked and can be processed before the payment is received
Otherwise, do you have a better solution than migrating sale_stock_block_without_payment (which seems to answer the requirement partially):
