Dear Joél, dear board, 

i am extremely happy to finally see that commencing. I will do my best
to share the vision through my channels (internally and externally). It clarifies a large deal of problems /misunderstandings
we recently encountered while trying to push the German localization forward (doing a first inofficial German code sprint in Berlin).

First thing is, i will make everybody involved in that event aware of this change and propose
to read the post. Secondly i'd like to suggest to explicitly raise that important issue / change
as soon as the majority of people arrived to LLN next week within the "inauguration ceremony" of
this years code sprint. This would be very very valuable. But i am sure you already planned this ;-)

Finally - due to our nice GDPR European law - in preparation of the Code Sprint, let me suggest that every 
attendee of the code sprint shall sign a document, consenting that he / she agrees that OCA may take photos 
of the event and share them together with blog posts on their website, as in turn we may be in trouble if we 
do it without prior consent. Maybe Rebecca can prepare a document to be signed at the "badge" desk.
I would officially state something like 

"The Odoo Community Association (OCA) and its members may take pictures (also by appointed photographers) during the event. 
I, herewith agree that these pictures may be shared, mashed and used by the OCA or its individual members / attendees of the
code sprint in any official as well as personal press release related to the code sprint and 
its outcomes as well as future OCA marketing campaigns."
