Two questions:

1. Should we add a check in the lint checks of Travis for this?
2. Is it ok to add some translations using po / pot files when adding a
new module / migrating a module to a new version ?

The reason for question 2 is that you cannot add translations before the
PR is merged, but often, there is a customer who needed the module, and
likely he needs it with some translations for his own language.
