Dear OCA Contributors,

Thomas Arbib  from Falinwa would like to contribute to OCA their Android App to handle expenses. See https://github.com/FalinwaLimited/android-odoo-standard-expense

Following his request  I would like to propose the creation of a new OCA repository OCA/android-expense-tracking, and define Falinwa's responsible dev team as maintainers.
