Well my suggestion was to move those credit control related modules to the new repo.

Partner risk is OK.   Given a choice between the two, I'd go partner risk.

 

To me the modules fall under a large banner of cashflow or debtors management, in a subset of credit policy.  All 3 existing seem to be about enforcing credit policy, and I imagine there are loads of other things that could fit there as well (followup management, terms of trade, againg reports, basically everything to do with managing debtor/creditor balances)

IMO the repository name might be confusing - it may sound like it handles operations/work risk management, as one by some modules in OCA/management-system.

I guess you have some features like average time to pay invoices since due date , total receivable, maybe some other  risk kpi... Then some userExceptions when a customer  crossed limits when confirming SO, or when confirming delivery orders. 

 

If so, I agree that it should be out of partner contact repo which seems to focus on address book management.
