FYI - We have also been working with Ansible for some months already and have recently published on GitHub :
- the modules we have been using for deploying directly on Ubuntu/Debian server (contains role to initialize, then securize the server, install odoo and owncloud) : https://github.com/lefilament/ansible - we have used that one until recently to deploy/upgrade Odoo v9 and v10 (+ OCA repo + custom repos) on all our client servers
- Lately we have decided to move to docker (based on docker-odoo-base from Tecnativa) and we have therefore also published a role to install docker on a "freshly installed Ubuntu/Debian OS" (https://github.com/lefilament/ansible_role_docker_server) and the role to deploy Odoo - including backup/restore but also bank statement import using weboob/boobank (https://github.com/lefilament/ansible_role_odoo_docker)
