On Weblate, we will be able to add/remove languages by project, but it's still not ready, as there are rough edges that I'm working on right now.

Can we remove some languages from a specific project on weblate?

For instance, in switzerland we have 4 official languages but I see no reason to have, for instance, our chart of account
translated in other languages. I think that extra po files are poluting the modules as noone will maintain or use them.
I know we couldn't do much in Transifex as all projects where under the same set of languages.

Would it solve that issue to move project l10n-switzerland under weblate?

Second question, I'm currently facing an issue as maintainer of a localisation.
I don't talk all the official languages.
Do I need to select all languages in Transifex/Weblate?
Or can I have access to fix things like what is happening with transifex when we loose data because some translations
are emptied when migration an odoo module to version 11.0?
