Hi there,

There is a SLA management app by daniel reis

https://github.com/OCA/project/blob/10.0/project_sla/__manifest__.py


It is still V8 and no ports are available.

No my question:

SLA seems to be an important add-on, especially in conjunction with the 
excellent help-desk (wesite_support) app.

Why is  it not ported? (we will do it if sensible ..)

Is there a replacement?
