I would like to propose Lois Rilo, (https://github.com/lreficent) as PSC member of Logistics.

His contributions in the last year have been very significant, and he has been commited also to review contributions of others.

Lois combines both functional and technical in Logistics, and I think will help guide OCA in this area.
