Proposal for Aaron Henriquez as PSC of Projects and Operating Units

Dear OCA contributors, 

I would like to propose Aaron Henriquez (https://github.com/aheficent) as PSC of Project and Operating Units.

He has been working actively in these two projects in the past, and I think that can provide help in their governance.


Also, I noticed that Operating Units is being managed by the Accounting PSC. I propose to create it's own Github Team, for better governance.
