Well, I agree that ElasticSearch and Kibana are very promising tools, not only for server monitoring but also for Odoo analytics!

I'd just briefly point out that Prometheus is not the only TSDB around.
At initOS we recently investigated the issue and i am eager to share
the result in the discussion on the Code Sprint!. We currently started
using Elasticsearch instead of Prometheus because its application scope
isn't that narrow.
