Hello Jean-Charles,

OCA addons must NOT depend on addons outside OCA. If you need to depend on a module that is currently outside OCA, I recommend contacting the author about moving it to OCA.

That said, I personally advise against trying to reinstate the view accounts as it will introduce a complexity that will have far-reaching effects (eg, on reporting etc) and create compatibility issues with other addons. But there might be good business reasons to do it for your localization.
