Ok, I got confirmation from Severine Delhove, event manager:

Indeed, the Odoo Experience 2017 will take place from October 4th to October 6th. It will be held at the same place as last year: Aula Magna in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium).
 
The website should be live soon (in two-three weeks).

experience). To be honest i personally see no very reason to stay in
that rather expensive Hotel if Odoo Experience is not taking place in 
accordance with that Code Sprint. Maybe the OCA board has better
information in any regards ? If i am not totally wrong they announced a
date for the 2017 experience already last year.

Nothing seems so stable as the change ;-)
