Request for new OCA repo to start working on l10n_thailand

Dear fellow Odooers, 

has anybody ever heard of a serious attempt AND / OR running project
that deployed Odoo for a craftmans business. The only thing i found so
far was an OCA discussion about

Datanorm https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/8326
GAEB https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/8325

But for instance hierarchies in quotations such as

1. 
1.1.
1.1.1

which is a quite common way these businesses structure their offers has
not been implemented to date i think ? Has anyone have similar
requirements / suggestions / ideas ?

Any answer is welcome

P.S.: There has been an Open Source Solution for that requirement but
it has obviously been discontinued.
