No, if there are no changes in the datamodel or the set of xmlids, the analysis process does not create this directory and we assume that no migration is necessary except maybe changes in noupdate data which can usually be uncovered by running this script manually for a given module https://github.com/OCA/OpenUpgrade/blob/10.0/scripts/compare_noupdate_xml_records.py Regards, Stefan.
