Re: Odoo Product Configuratorby
Camptocamp SA, Joël Grand Guillaume
Thanks for all your efforts and work on this topic, you finally made it ! Organizing a code sprint on this might be a good option, so the PR won't be left open for months (it is a huge work to review at once).
I'd also like to discuss this topic among the board next Tuesday.
All the best and Happy new year,

Thanks for the input Nhomar,I think that's solid advice and I will take it.Anyone that wishes to help maintain the repository or offer any help before it will eventually land in OCA is more than welcome to join / contact me.I will try to find time to build a solid documentation, help make the learning curve smaller and offer a better perspective on the modules and their approach. This should make it easier for everyone.Regarding merger to the core I have talked to Fabien about it. I told him that if he should ever want to integrate any part of the code or all of it I will gladly relicense everything to LGPLv3.As long as it help the community, in any shape or form I'm totally for it.Nhomar, If you think opening a PR on master is worthwhile or has any chance of stimulating such a feature I will do it no problem.Regards.On Thu, Jan 5, 2017 at 10:08 AM, Nhomar Hernandez [Vauxoo] <firstname.lastname@example.org> wrote:On Thu, Jan 5, 2017 at 1:53 AM, Pedro M. For now, you cannot be PSC without no contribution yet to OCA.
Or... you can open an argument and at least for the last version deprecate what you don't like (it is valid also).
