For 1, check https://github.com/serviciosbaeza/serviciosbaeza-odoo-addons/tree/8.0/account_balance_reporting_budget, but it's very attached to a reporting engine we have in Spanish localization (https://github.com/OCA/l10n-spain/tree/8.0/account_balance_reporting), but it has a generic purpose.

Hello everyone,I have 2 requirements below regarding purchasing and budgeting.1. A new purchase order line checks the budget, and the user is stopped/warned if the budget is about to be exceeded.2. Confirming a PO creates the analytic accounting/budget entries, NOT when the invoice is validated.Do you know of any modules (on version 8, 9 or 10) that can help us here?Thank you very mush and I wish you all a great Christmas time.Regards,
