Enterprise dependencies

Hi, we have a module or two that extend the contract features of Enterprise and would like to publish those under an open source license. Given that we are company committed to promoting free software, we try to keep everything we do public and available as close to upstream as possible. OCA is the umbrella organisation for the Odoo derived projects, so we would like the modules to be placed and developed there. Talking to agurney on IRC, the agreements between Odoo and OCA permit such a module published, even if there currently aren't any managed by OCA at the moment. The question is, would OCA be interested/willing to host LGPL modules that depend on Enterprise modules?
