You can't change the license of Odoo code, but you can add your copyright in the header if you add new code.

Hi contributors,

I'm backporting to v8 https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/9.0/addons/stock/report/report_stock_forecast.py
and I'd like to use AGPLv3 but I'm not totally convinced I could that considering what is written in https://github.com/OCA/website/blob/8.0/website_portal_sale/README.rst

This module is a backport from Odoo SA and as such, it is not included in the OCA CLA. That means we do not have a copy of the copyright on it like all other OCA modules.

Further, if I modify the original files (adding new features), can I put my copyright on their header?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
