I would use OCA/edi without 'ubl' for making it more generic.
I was about to make the same remark as Pedro: my work is not only on UBL but also on CII (Cross Industry Invoice, used by the ZUGFeRD standard). So it's not a good idea to write "ubl" in the name of the repo.
