It seems that the .pot become useless and moreover confusing.
As we no longer update translation files by PR then shouldn't it be a good idea to mass-remove them too?

Ok, so since there are no objections, I'll run the script on OCA/l10n-* too. It's easy to revert anyway in case some project needs it for some good reason.
