To my knowledge OdooMRP is v8.0 only. V9 migration is not scheduled yet, for lack of customer interest/funding. That said, the merging into OCA repos has begun and thus migrations will be made there by the community on a voluntary basis. In other words, each module will be migrated by those who need it.
