Same in Turkey; if it's 10 digits it's VAT number, if 11 digits, national registry number.

In Spain we use the VAT number, but this only works for national residents, not for foreigners with passport. VAT validation works for personal IDs.

I'm looking for a module that let's me specify on a partner its national registry number. I can't find a module in OCA providing this kind of functionality. Do you know if one exists?
