Hi all,

The OCA/department project (https://github.com/OCA/department) mission 
is to make selected Odoo models Department aware.
While this is a useful feature (I use it myself), I believe that it's 
mission is too narrow to deserve it's own repo.

IMO it makes much more sense to have these features distributed through 
the repos of the several functional areas, such as:
     project_department --> OCA/project
     project_crm --> OCA/crm
     etc.

Since removing a repo is not a light decision, I would like to find a 
wider confirmation from the other contributors.
