and we want to make it as a OCA project as is already shortly discussed
on mailing list. What is the next step?

Intero was working on implementing ical based on this:
https://github.com/InteroTechnologies/openerp-dav/commits/master

Maybe we get in contact and continue their work and bring it to the OCA
umbrella.
